Thanks to our supporters – another Research Award to Team Katrina!!! Akoonah Park, Berwick had a carnival-like atmosphere long before the 6 o’ clock start time for the 2014 Casey Relay For Life. 114 teams entered and 4500 registered team members made this by far the biggest relay ever in Victoria – a great tribute to the local community.
Over the weekend of March 14-15 at Akoonah Park in Berwick ‘Team Katrina’ is partaking in their 4th annual Relay for Life. So, it’s time to register and help continue the fight against cancer and for just $20 you can join ‘Team Katrina’ in the battle. Plans are well advanced for a group of Katrina’s Sparkle supporters to take on the challenge of Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, in June this year.The team has begun training and are currently seeking further sponsorship and support.
